Terraced house partly forming the vehicle entrance to Charles
Place. c1820-25. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground
floor. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows to house and 1 over
vehicle entrance. Round-arched entrance with panelled door and
fanlight. Unhorned sashes, 1st floor round-arched, upper
floors with gauged brick heads; 1st floor cast-iron balconies.
Wider 4 x 4 sashes set in shallow segmental-arched recess
above vehicle entrance. Parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with
spearhead finials to area.
