Cottage, Late C17, with C19 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble, ashlar quoins,
Collyweston slate roof with single red brick stack and ashlar gable stack with
yellow brick raising. 2 storey 2 bay front having 2-light casements under timber
lintels with similar first floor window to eaved. To the rear a planked door with
to right a 2-light casement, a barred light in blocked doorway and beyond a further
2-light casement. In the roof are 3 hipped dormers having 2-light casements and
rendered cheeks. Interior retains staggered butt purlin roof.
