House now subdivided. C18 much extended in C19 and later.
Central part red brick. Yellow brick front and extensions.
Stucco bands on W. A large rectangular central block of 2-
storeys and mansarded attics at rear but 3-storeys on garden
front (W) where the whole front is bowed, 3-windows wide with
arcaded panels on the ground floor. Hipped roof with
corresponding bowed front and central valley. Double pile plan
with side chimneys. Narrow 2-storeys extension to N with 2-
storeys bow window and segmental curved link on garden front.
Large stucco sundial on rear wall facing entrance court.
Entrance on S side of court under domed porch on Tuscan columns.
2-storeys irregular extension to S of main block with wide
eliptial arched doorway to garden and transomed windows on upper
floor. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars elsewhere.
