Cottage, late C18 or early C19. Whitewashed clunch rubble with brick
dressings, red pantiled roof. 2 storey one window cottage with outshut rear
to north. Single ground and first floor 2 light casements with glazing bars.
Boarded door. Ground floor openings with brick dressings and brick arches.
Brick dentil eaves cornice, west end stack. Included for group value with
the Chequers Inn.
