Cottage, formerly Gate Lodge to Park House, now Snettisham House (q.v.). Dated "JC 1867" (Jonas Chilvers). Carstone with gault brick dressings, fish-scaled slated roof. 3 bays, single storey. Gothic. To south symmetrical - facade with 2 2-light casements. Central porch with raised and fielded 6 panel Gothic door with tracery, gables above with datestone, barge-boards and finial. Brick rusticated dressings to openings and angle quoins. North west gable to Lynn Road has bow window with central 2-light casement and canted sides with single casements, brick dressings, slated roof. North-west and south-east gables with barge boards, crested slate ridge tiles. Central stack with 2 diamond pattern brick shafts.
