Farm barn. C.1800. Rubble flint, red brick and gault brick dressings, red pantiled roof. 3 stead threshing barn of 2 storey 5 bay elevation with lean-to outshut wings at north and south. Gothick. 4 ground floor brick rusticated Gothic arched blank windows with central ventilation slit. 4 first floor semi-circular arched brick honeycomb ventilation windows with central slit. Central 2-centred Gothic arch cart entrance with stepped rustication. 2 boarded cart doors. Outer bays divided by broad pilaster strip buttress with brick quoins. Brick end quoins. Gault brick dentil eaves cornice. Brick parapet gables. North and south gables have contemporary flint, brick and pantiled lean-to outshuts to level of springing of gable. Gables have gault brick dressed blank Gothic window with ventilation slit. Apex with rectangular rusticated opening with lozenge pattern brick ventilation honeycomb opening.
Architectural details suggest connection with Holkham estate style of c.1800.
