Former miller's house. Circa 1830.
Brick with black pantile roof. 2 storeys and symmetrical 3-bay facade of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. 2-leaf panelled front door. Rectangular fanlight with glazing bars forming geometric patterns. Roll-moulded doorcase with corner paterae. Plain platband, wide eaves, hipped roof and end stacks.
