Farmhouse subdivided into 2 dwellings - now uninhabited. Late C16 and later.
Rendered timber frame replaced with brick to front and gable-ends. Brick partly colourwashed. Roof of thatch with a corrugated iron roof on top - supported on heightened gable parapets with separate roof trusses. Vestigial screens passage plan. One and a half storeys. C18 or early C19 facade. 5 2-light casement windows, beneath skewback arches with cambered soffits to ground floor only. Boarded door probably in original position - adjacent to service partition at northern end. Off-centre axial stack. Later lean-to additions to side and rear.
Interior. Service partition with doorways surviving. First floor above hall appears to have been re-positioned or may be inserted. Winding stair beside stack. Queen post roof of light-scantling.
