Farmhouse. Probably C17 in origin, thoroughly refurbished in C18.
Limewashed brick with pantile roof. 2 storeys and 4 bays of sash windows with glazing bars to upper storey. At ground floor a late C19 canted bay with 3 sashes to west and 2 C18 3-light mullion and transom windows with single metal casements beneath skewback arches with cambered soffits. Front door with a former flat hood on consoles obscured by a later porch supported on a pair of octagonal columns with Doric capitals and an egg and dart cornice moulding. Plain dentil cornice. Gable-end stacks and one earlier off-centre axial stack.
Interior. Some C17 beams with ogee chamfer stops, 2 C18 fireplaces with eared
surrounds and some C18 raised and fielded panelled doors.
