Dated 1909; by Benjamin Bower. In an Arts and Crafts style. Brick; steep tiled
roof swept out to flat eaves, the latter returned below plastered gable ends. On
the left, the entrance arch with concave reveal and tiled impost and foundation
stone above. Three-light timber-framed casement window tucked under eaves and
abutting very large timber-framed rectangular bay window with metal casements
and hipped roof breaking through the eaves. On the roofline a hipped bellcote
with tile-hung base.
