C1870 purpose built works. Three tall storeys red brick with engineering
brick dressings and plinth. Reveted stone sills and first and second floor
sill bands. Eight bay front. Shallow flat eaves to slate roof. Ground
and first floor windows round headed with band of dark blue headers set in
arches, plain segmental arches on second floor. Small pane iron frame
glazing. Ground floor has off centre 2 bay wagon entrance also round
arched with painted stone block imposts, narrow round headed doorway to
No 87A on left and lower segmental arched doorway to Nos 85-87 on the right.
An unaltered functional design.
