C1820-30 former villa similar to No 30, now jewellery works. Two storeys, stucco,
3 bay symmetrical elevation. Flanking pilasters up to deep frieze, cornice
and parapet. Channelled ground floor. Later C19 glazing to revealed sash
windows. Plain doorway with rectangular fanlight formerly with similar porch
to No 30.
