C1840 2 storey 3 bay stucco villa with right hand canted break a slightly
later alteration. Hipped slate roof with flat eaves; brick chimney stacks
with ornamental pots. Plinth; first floor sill band broken forward over
canted break which has additional string course over ground floor. Later
C19 glazing to sash windows of canted bay with wrought iron flower guards.
Other windows revealed glazing bar sashes, in architrave surrounds on first
floor to centre and left. Central round arched entrance approached by
2 steps and containing in shallow reveal flattened reeded columns supporting
reeded arch, panelled reveals soffit and door with marginal and radial
glazing pattern to fanlight. Screen wall coach house to left with coping
continued from first floor sill band, flat arched doors in 4 centred arch
recesses. Link wall to right with side entrance.
