C1840 detached villa of coursed stucco. Two storeyed broad 3 bay front,
symmetrical. Plinth; faceted rusticated quoins; bed mould to flat eaves
of hipped slate roof, stucco chimney stacks. Bowed stair turret to north
flank. First floor windows in architrave surrounds eared top and bottom,
glazing bars intact to sashes. The ground floor windows are French casements
revealed in projecting pilaster strip frames with entablatures and blocking
courses. Projecting enclosed porch with moulded entablature and blocking
course; 6 panel door with narrow side lights and rectangular fanlight.
