Early C19. Limewashed brick; 3 storeys; 3 windows with channelled Keyblocks
and lintels. 2 moulded wood three-light bay window below. Stuccoed pilas-
tered doorcase with rectangular fanlight. Plain eaves.

The listed buildings in Church Road and Rectory Road, Old Swinford do
not strictly present a group, but the existing picture is one which
should be preserved.
