1810, former New Union Flour Mill. Brick;slate roof. Two storeys; 11 bays, the central
one advanced slightly and pedimented. Ground floor with central broad segment headed
arch into yard behind and blank windows either side. First floor with 11 windows,
5 of them blank, the rest sashes all with glazing bars. Within the yard, on the right,
a canted bay window rising through 2 storeys and 2 entrances with pedimented
doorcases.
