Terrace of 5 houses. 1901. By Pain and Blease. Brick with
slate roof and tile cresting. 2 storeys, 5 gabled bays, roof
extends as canopy to entrances between end bays and centre,
central bay breaks forward with canted 1st floor diapered
gable and end bays (and entrances) break forward. Weathered
sill band and ground floor cornice. Double-chamfered-
mullioned windows, brick mullions and elliptical-headed
lights. Ground floor has 3-light with central 4-light
windows; 1st floor has 2-light with central 3-light windows;
all have leaded glazing. Elliptical-headed entrances have 6-
panel doors with leaded lights, 2 with flanking light. 4
cross-axial and 2 gable-end stacks. Rear similar, end gables
and raking dormers, privies.
