An 1890s single storey house by Liverpool architects George Enoch Grayson and Edward Ould. Timber frame on stone base with central entrance with a gabled porch featuring turned balusters to the side panels. The entrance is flanked by a pair of small, canted, oriel windows. The two stone chimney stacks have octagonal shafts. Photographed 05/04/15 from Raby Road looking South-West.
