Farmhouse. Early C19. Roughcast over blue lias, moulded plinth, hipped slate
roof, overhanging eaves with shaped sprockets, large brick stacks on returns.
Double pile. Two storeys, three bays; twelve-pane sash windows with marginal
glazing bars, central gabled porch, square headed opening, flush panel inner
door, fanlight with radiating glazing bars. Similar fenestration on three
bay right and left returns, though lateraltered by inserted late C20 pivoted
window ground floor centre. Part of the former Portman estate.
