House, part of a row. Late C18. Random rubble, slate roof, hipped to right, brick stack. Two storeys, one bay,
paired sash windows with glazing bars flush mounted, central wooden dividing mullion, wooden lintel overall. Door
opening to right, C20 glazed and panelled door, wooden lintel over; C20 wooden gabled latticework porch. Pent roofed
outshut to right of one bay, double-Roman tile roof; sash window with glazing bars. Primarily included for group value
with adjacent buildings on Bath Road.
