Important position at corner of South Parade and Sheppards Barton. Before 1813
3 storeys rubble with pantile roofs. Brick end chimneys. 3 windows with wooden
lintels, mixed casements and sashes, the outer ground floor windows are larger paired
sashes, glazing bars to left. Paired doorways right of centre, 6 flush panel doors
with reeded flat hood on 3 brackets. No 13 entered from side.
These buildings form an additional interest as part of the industrial history of the
area.
