Built as two houses. Late C18. Left-hand half rendered, moulded stone cornice, parapet. three storeys, two windows, sashes with glazing bars, plain stone surrounds. Architrave door opening, stone pediment on consoles. Right-hand half probably early Architrave faced, cornice, parapet, chamfered quoins. Three storeys and cellar. Three windows, sashes in reveals, glazing bars, first floor windows have wrought iron balconettes and fretted decoration to panelled internal shutters.

Interior has Regency details: plain square sections, stair balusters with mahogany handrail, rose end leaf condoles, reeded surrounds with corner rosettes. Slate roof. Chimney removed from gable end. Possibly connected with the grand scheme of the 1840s to link North and South Facades (latter formerly part of Sheppards Barton) and to have a magnificent Crescent to form a fitting end piece.
