Detached house. C17/C18, modified. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base courses between stepped
coped gables; stone slab chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3-bay south-east elevation. Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows in
chamfered recesses, the lower with continuous label stepped up over doorway, 3-light above and 4-light below, with
large diamond leaded panes: between bays 1 and 2 a moulded flat arched doorway. West gable has later form 2-light
mullioned windows with labels, and to north elevation a mid C20 extension in ashlar with triple roll clay tiled roof
over stone slate base courses, windows to match those of west gable. Interior not seen.
