4/22 Draycott Farm House

II

Farmhouse. Late C18 with C19 modifications. Local stone, cut squared and
coursed, with Ham stone ashlar facade, also some brickwork; plain clay
tile roof between coped gables: brick end stacks. 2-storeys with attic,
3 bays, with band course between floors. Central 6-panel door, 2 glazed,
with semi-circular fanlight over, protected by C19 wood lattice porch
with zinc clad bell-hip roof; 6-pane sash windows, 4-pane above entrance
door, in plain openings with flat voussoired keystoned arches. Stone and
brick additions to East side and rear. Internally several late C18
features including doors, cupboards, staircase.
