Rectory, now house. C17 with modifications. Local stone roughly squared
and coursed; timber lintols; thatched roof; stone and rendered brick
chimney stacks. "T"-plan, the "stalk" an early C20 addition; 2-storey,
4-bay South elevation. Entrance in bay-3, with 4-panel door, 2 glazed,
timber lattice porch with lead bell-hipped roof; timber casement
windows, some leaded; to bay-2 a two-storey 5-sided bay window of early
C20 pattern with lead-clad panels and flat roof. North extension in
stone with plain clay tile roof, and also a one-storey roofed lean-to.
The roadside boundary wall about 2.5 metres high, of local stone with
flat stone copings; Ham stone gate piers, square on plan, with plinths
and moulded stone caps.
