House. Mid C18, considerably extended in late C19. Brown brick in English
garden wall bond with slate roofs to earlier part, red brick with stone
dressings and slate roof to later extensions. Original house of 2 storeys,
4 bays, 1:1:2 with continuous rear outshut and rear wing. 4-panel door with
overlight with Gothick glazing under cambered wedge lintel. Tripartite
sashes with glazing bars and sills under cambered wedge lintels. First
floor: 12-pane sash with sill under cambered wedge lintel over door,
tripartite sashes to right and to left. The right bay has been re-fronted
in the late C19. End and axial stacks, raised gables. The late C19
extensions to the right are not of special interest.
