Threshing barn/cart-shed/stables. Mid C19; minor C20 infilling to south-
east cart-shed/stable section. Brick with pantile roof. Rectangular on
plan, approximately 25 metres long, aisled to east and west sides and north
end, with central waggon entrance to east: threshing barn in northern half,
stables/stores in southern half, cart-shed in south-east aisle. Single-
storey walls to east, west and north sides; 2-storey height overall. East
side: raised waggon entrance beneath timber lintel and hipped roof with
brick cheek to left, weatherboarded cheek to right. 5-bay cart-shed range
to left with timber posts, 2-fold board doors on strap hinges, and C20
blocking to 2 bays. Hipped roof. Interior. Timber aisle frame with aisle
posts (not linked to tie beams) carrying arcade plates with stop-faced scarf
joints; outer posts carrying wall plates with ties to aisle posts supporting
struts to side purlins; collared rafter roof with clasped purlins. Not
fully investigated.
