Photo taken 25th August 2007. Pevsner says "..built c.1750 for Thomas Fell of Bingley, West Riding. It was sold to Richard Bell, a Hull merchant, in 1770. A perfect small country house built of brown stone. It is of only three bays, but they are of generous dimensions. There are quoins, the windows have raised surrounds, the doorway has rustication of stones of alternating sizes and a pediment. Above is a Venetian window and a top one-bay pediment..".
