House, now 2 houses. C17 with floor inserted in early C18.
Timber frame on stucco plinth, roughcast with weatherboarding at
rear and ends. Steep thatch roof with 2 yellow brick chimneys.
A one and a half storeys, 3-cell, central chimney plan house, set
back from road facing S. Central chimney a third from W and
external gable chimney at E, both now of yellow brick. 2 gabled
thatched dormers at the eaves with 2-light casement windows.
Gabled porch to plank door into middle room, with 2 windows to
left and 2 windows to right and smaller gabled porch to door near
W corner. Interior has exposed square oak joists and chamfered
and stopped cross-beam in middle room.
