Farmhouse, now a private house. Later C17, brick cased early C19,
extended to rear and renovated c.1930. Timber frame now cased in red
brick with steep old red tile half-hipped roof. 2 storeys, cellar and
attics, T-plan house facing W. 3 windows to each floor and 2 hipped
dormer windows on roof slope. External gable chimney to N end: C20 gable
chimney to S. Flush casement windows of 2-, 3- and 4-lights with lattice
leaded glazing and timber lintels. Entrance in C20 half timbered hipped
2-storeys porch on E side. Interior has exposed timber frame with
jowled posts and wide framing, side-purlin roof, axial chamfered beams
and squared joists.
