SO 51 NE GOODRICH CP GOODRICH

Cottage. Probably mid-C19. Squared coursed rubble, ashlar dressings, C20
tiled roof. Rectangular plan; single depth, central entrance, further
entrance and external stack to south gable end. Single storey and attic,
plain front with central gable which bears the Goodrich Court (demolished)
coat of arms in upper panel; attic window above a plain arched panel;
Caernarvon arched doorway, nail studded door. Centrally placed stone cross
at apex of roof. believed to have been a lock-up.
