House. Probably late C17 to early C18. Timber-frame, brick and plaster infill, slate roof. Local type external stone stack with detached brick shaft to west, brick stack to east. Two storeys, two bays aligned east/west. South elevation: early C20 two-light casements, entrance to right of centre, gabled mid C20 porch. Frame: two panels above brick rebuilt ground floor, posts have angle braces. Catslide extensions to front and rear of external stone stack. Included for group value.
