House. C17, restored late C19. Timber-frame with painted brick and
rendered infill on sandstone and brick plinth, tile roof. T-plan, stem
extending to east, cross-wing aligned north/south; main stack in centre
of stem, all shafts late C19. North front: one storey with attic lit by
a slightly projecting oriel in the gable of the cross-wing to right, other
range the attic is lit by two gabled dormers; ground floor: three 2-light
casements to left with plank weatherings; oriel to cross-wing. Entrance
to west (right) side wall of cross-wing. Framing: three square panels
high; gable truss: two struts to collar with C19 quatrefoil panels in apex.
