Circa 1840. Stucco, with a slate roof. Symmetrical front (east) of 3 storeys,
3 windows. Moulded eaves cornice and frieze, with spaced coupled brackets,
architraves, moulded cill bands (to 2nd floor) with brackets beneath windows,
moulded 2nd floor band tied to friezes of 1st floor windows, which have cor-
nices, deep moulded 1st floor band, plinth. Sashes in reveals, with narrow
side panes, Victorian sashes to the angular bays (1st and ground-floor) at
the south side. The ground-floor opening at the north side is a garage door,
with matching surround and panelled doors. Doorway has cornice on brackets, a
3-pane fanlight, and 6-panelled door. Low-pitched hipped slate roof.
