A C17 timber-framed and plastered house built on an L shaped plan with
wings extending to the east and north. The south front of the east wing
was refronted in the C19 in grey gault brick. The north wing now has
exposed timber framing and the upper storey on the west front is jettied
with a moulded bressummer on curved brackets. 2 storeys. The south front
has 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars to the ground
storey windows. There is a central doorway with an Ionic style portico.
The west front has 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
The exposed framing shows a number of blocked original window openings.
Roof tiled, hipped. There is an external chimney stack at the south
end of the west front.
