A C17 timber-framed and plastered house with cross wings at the east and west ends now three tenements. The front was altered in the C18. At the rear the buildings form a small courtyard. Two storeys. Four window range, double-flung sashes with glazing bars. At the north end of the front there is a C19 double-fronted shop. No 2 has a doorcase with pilasters and an open pediment on console brackets. A moulded wood eaves cornice extends along the front and across gables of the cross wings. Roofs tiled. A range of outbuildings extend at the rear, with a frontage to the churchyard. Faced in red brick externally. Roofs tiled.
