Circa C16 timber-framed house encased in early C18 red brick. L-shaped on plan.
Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with moulded eaves cornice. Two-storeys and attic.
Four bays plus one bay wing. Sashes with glazing bars. Two canted ground floor
bay windows with sashes complete with glazing bars. To left a pedimented doorcase.
Three modern gabled dormers. Large panelled brick ridge stack off centre. Left
hand wing projects with modern brick 2-storey bay window.
Interior: stopped chamfer ceiling beams. Late C17 open well staircase on all
floors with moulded balusters and moulded string and handrail, and pendants.
C17 panelling.
