Dated 1742. Two storeys. Three windows. Faced with coursed flints with
brick dressings, quoins, string course and modillion eaves cornice, all now
painted. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Doorway with flat hood over.
Stone with the date 1742 and the initials 'J.W.'.
