House and 3 shops. Front range C18, L-wing probably late C16. FRONT RANGE:
Painted brick with roof clad with Horsham stone slabs with off central brick
multiple chimneystack. 2 storeys and attics 3 windows; sashes with marginal
glazing bars in moulded architraves. C20 bow to ground floor. North elevation
faced with curved tiles to gable and C19 lean to porch. L-WING timberframed but
refaced in C19, the ground floor of red brick, the 1st floor plastered with incised
lines to imitate masonry. Tiled roof with end cruciform-shaped chimneystack. 2
storeys of lower elevation than front range. 1st floor has a 4-light casement.
Ground floor has a tripartite sash. The interior of this has an open fire-
place with wooden bressummer with sandstone and brick hearth and exposed floor
joists.
