Rosella Place

A Grade II Listed Building in Preston, North Tyneside

3 Rosella Place rear elevation

Uploader's Comments

This image shows the rear of the property before renovation. The round window was in terrible condition as was the brickwork which had no ties to the main structure whatsoever! We were granted permission to turn the bottom window into a opening onto the garden. We also reduced the height of the extension to create a balcony which greatly increased the amount of light to the living room on the 1st floor
