Shop. Mid C19. Red brick and slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays.
C20 shopfront to the south of the central recessed door which
has a rubbed brick semi-circular arch and fanlight. Symmetrically
placed sash windows with glazing bars and flat rubbed brick arches.
Triple-bracket cornice. Included for group value with Nos. 39 and
41 Exchange Street.
