Cottage, now shop. C17. Timber framed and roughcast. Tile roof; no chimneys visible. L-plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Ground floor built out with late C20 glazed door and bow windows. Entrance on right to passage to rear. First floor has C19 casements with glazing bars. Attic has small roof dormer. To rear long wing with exposed framing and lath and plaster infill. End wall rebuilt in whitewashed brick. Interior: Much exposed framing. Chamfered ceiling beam. Old 3-plank doors. C18 two-panel doors with H-L hinges. Open fireplace, altered and possibly not original.
