House, now offices. C17; refaced C18/early C19. Regular coursed lias with wood eaves cove. Tile roof; brick ridge stack. Double depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; one-window range. Half-glazed door with overlight in simple moulded wood frame. C19 casements with glazing bars. Ground floor has canted bay. Hipped roof dormer with 2-light casement. Rear noted as being of brick, Interior: Heavy ceiling beams. Said to be timber framed, but evidence of this was not seen at time of resurvey.
