Outbuilding, now boilerhouse. C17, renovated c.1972-1975. Timber framed with plaster infill on late C20 brick plinth. Tile roof; late C20 brick external stack, One-unit plan. One storey and attic; no windows. Open doorway on ground floor; hall-dormer above with door. Part of framing left open on left, left return side and rear.
