GV II

House. C16 (VCH), altered and restored between c.1972-1975. Timber framed, with some close studding to jettied first floor, and lath and plaster infill. Old tile roof and brick internal stack. L-plan. Left half of ground floor openend up into passage to rear. 2 entrances inside passage have late C20 doors. Late C20 casements with leaded lights. Single bracket to wall plate. To rear exposed framing and irregular late C20 fenestration. Interior not inspected.
