5/226 Garden walls and outbuilding to
north-west side of Manor farm

Garden walls, attached to north-west of farmhouse. C18. Stone,
lined internally with brick. 3.5m high, swept down to 2m high
against road. Outbuilding to rear of garden, cheese house etc.,
now loose boxes with chicken house on upper floor. Brick,
originally 3-storeys, now 2, with C20 asbestos sheet roof on steel
trusses. Five bays. Stone framed windows in 2nd and 4th bays.
Attached to rear of wall is lean-to verandah of 5 bays linking
house to outbuilding. Tapered stone columns with bases and
chamfered square capitals and tiled roof.
