Terrace of 8 houses, with a 9th dwelling within the return elevation to Sandon Street. c.1830 with late C20 alterations. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys with basement, 3 bays to each house. Basement lintel band; 1st floor sill band; top frieze and cornice. Glazing bar sash windows with wedge lintels some openings at 2nd floor now blind. Entrances have pilasters and entablatures, mostly 2-panel doors. Plain iron railings to areas and steps. Nos. 79 to 83 have blocking course. No. 79 has iron 1st floor balcony. No. 1
has casements. No. 89 has some rendering. Nos. 91 and 93 have small-paned casements. Similar detailing to Sandon Street elevation, with blind openings to left hand bay and to first floor of right-hand bay. Doorway to No.22, Sandon Street to centre bay, the doorway detailed as Canning Street elevation.
