Two adjoining cottages. Deeds said to date from 1742.
Hammer-dressed stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2
storeys 5-bays. Single-depth with a small lean-to against
left gable. No. 1 has 3 bays with the door in bay 3 which
has a square-cut surround. A 1-light, two 3-light and a 4-
light recessed flat-faced mullion window to ground floor,
the central one having a king mullion. Three 3-light flat-
faced mullion windows to first floor. No. 3 which is of a
slightly later date has a square-cut door surround, a 1 and
3-light window to ground floor and two 2-light windows to
first floor. Total of 4 rendered ridge chimney stacks.
