C18, 2-storey house with attic and basement. Plain plum brick with a 2:3:2 window
front, the central part beneath a pediment with limette. Stone cornice. One dormer
to either side. Later entrance with steps. Slated roof. Originally the house of
the Master of the King's Tennis Court.
