Mid C18 house, front altered early C19. 3 storeys, 3 windows.
Rendered front with parapet. 2-storey chamfered square bays at either
side. Long 1st floor easement windows, slightly rounded, opening to
semicircular balconies, with wrought iron rails, on long wood brackets.
2nd floor windows altered and lst floor centre window lost glazing bars.
Ground floor 3-light sash windows in moulded wood architraves. On axis
late C19 pent porch, with trellised sides, holds altered door in old
panelled reveal. Moulded architrave, sunk panel pilasters, fluted frieze
with paterae and urns; and cornice enriched with dentils and fluting.
On West return canted bay blank but for 2 windows. Rendered rear elevation
shows one cambered window in flush box frame and canted bay, with 3 sash
windows in flush moulded frames, now resting on cast iron posts. Inside
mid C18 staircase with turned balusters.
